1. Please see the Welcome email you received after your order was placed. This was sent to the email used at the time of purchase.

2.If you did not receive the Welcome email, please use the blue hyperlink Lost my password?  My account – Humble Whole Bean Coffee (humblewb.coffee)from the within 2 hours.

Multiple failed login attempts will lock your account for a 24-hour period.  Our representatives will be with assist the login block within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. sales@humblewb.coffee (Previously sales@humblecoffee.store)

Failed Orders- Please log into your account with the above steps. Update the account settings, and return to your order.  Please see the email that was sent to you at the time of the failed transaction.  Please do not process multiple times, if the order is not processing correctly as you think it should.
